PTRC: Updated Formal Action Policies and Procedures

Following last year’s Annual General Committee Meeting (July 2024), where PTRC members voted to adopt the Code of Conduct Policy, the committee has since been working to update its Formal Action Policies and Procedures, including the Grievance & Disciplinary Procedure.

The latest revised policy aligns with British Rowing guidelines and includes clearer updates on the process.

We now invite our Members to review the latest draft and support us in finalising the policy.

To give feedback on the latest document, please put your queries in writing to secretary@putneytownrc.co.uk before Friday, 30th May 2025.

This timeframe will allow the Committee to reflect on feedback before the next Annual General Committee Meeting, which will be held on July 20th, 2025, from 1 to 3 p.m.
